Just got it out after storing for winter. I check the Motor Oil and look ok I identified that the Power Stearing reservoir was almost empty. Oil looks like chocolate milk. I can only assume that water seeped its way into the motor to cause this. When they combine in your engine water droplets suspend in the oil and alter its appearance until it looks frothy or like chocolate milk.
